Features
Built for real Shopify operations — designed to feel like a native part of the admin and checkout, not a bolt-on.
The app checks configured invoice payment names and avoids false positives from company-name-only orders or card, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal and other payment methods.
Add a customer-safe link to the order confirmation email. Customers verify their order email before editing invoice details.
Save invoice details to order note, metafields and tags. Re-saving replaces the app's own note block instead of creating duplicates.
Optionally hide the invoice payment method using Shopify Payment Customization Function.
Multi-market ready
Each country profile can have its own recommended invoice fields and payment method names. Customer-facing text follows the order locale when Shopify provides it.

Pricing
The app uses Shopify App Pricing usage charges. A saved invoice-details submission is a tiny transaction cost compared with card and wallet processing fees.
Charged once when a customer successfully saves invoice details for an eligible B2B invoice order.
Lower the barrier to install. Merchants do not pay fixed fees while they are still testing or before the app helps them.
Editing the same order later does not create a new billable event. The charge happens once per saved invoice-details order.
For invoice orders, one saved submission is a small cost compared with typical payment processing fees.
B2B Invoice Details Collector collects invoice details and saves them to Shopify orders. It does not send statutory e-invoices, Peppol invoices, tax authority invoices or replace your accounting system.
